In February 2005, this website started as a Gardening community comprised of residents of Georgia, specifically, Paulding, Cobb and Douglas counties. Our purpose was to share our love and knowledge of gardening with one another and most importantly, to share excess plants that we have! We still believe that it is a wasteful to compost or throw away excess plants and that the environment is better served by giving them to others to enhance their garden.
In March 2008, we decided to fully utilize the web by broadening our membership to other like-minded people who share a love of gardening! Please sit down, kick off your shoes and join in on the discussion…..we welcome you and look forward to learning as much from you as you learn from us!

In my garden there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The thoughts grow as freely as the flowers, and the dreams are as beautiful.
